KM21 loft interior

Apartment is located on the last floor of building that dates back in the 60s with the view on the newer- consecrated church that was turned into the Bitef Theater. While noise and rush surrounds the location, apartment stands there and observe the city pulse, while, like in Depeche mode song Enjoys the silence.

Space represents mixture of  time when building is created and now-a-days tendencies with empirical turn on location and where the apartment is located.

Pointing out of the elements that were there for decades – concrete beams and furniture cannelures accompanied with modern furniture design and lights, creates retro – modern apartment suitable for young couple with dog.

Entry zone represents fusion of the living zone with kitchen and dining area. The fusion is manifested through the sloped panel / mirror that reflects both of the places and that creates a illusion that even physically separated, are one. The night zone is separated from the living area with hidden sliding door.
